There are 4 different roles for users who manage a fund. Only primary owners can change someone's role.
Primary Owners have full administrative rights (They may manage users and manage settings). They can change another user's role.
Owners and Admins can manage settings (They may manage settings but not manage users). They can add new users.
Members: can only view the account (Can not manage settings or users).
Here’s how to change a user's role:
1. Click PEOPLE on the left sidebar
2. Under ACCESS, select the drop down menu for the user(s) you wish to change roles for
Note: UNREGISTERED means no Hockeystick account has been created by the user
